Our Freezing Process
- Immediate Flash-Freeze: We flash-freeze our seafood right after it’s processed in Alaska, preserving its freshness and flavor.
- Cold Storage: After flash-freezing, we transfer your order to our secure cold storage facility for safekeeping.
- Long-Lasting Quality: Keep your seafood frozen as long as you’d like—it stays top-notch until you’re ready to thaw and enjoy.
Packaging
- Insulated Containers: We pack every order in insulated boxes with dry ice to maintain a consistently frozen environment during shipping.
- Designed for Extended Transit: Our packaging keeps your seafood properly frozen for up to three days in transit, with a built-in margin of safety.
Order Fulfillment Schedule
- Processing Time: Please allow two business days for processing after you place your order.
- Shipping Days: We ship Monday through Wednesday to ensure timely, reliable delivery.
- Cutoff Time: Orders placed after 12:00 PM on Wednesday will be shipped the following Monday.
Shipping Methods
- Express Shipping: All orders require UPS 2nd Day Air or UPS Next Day Air for guaranteed freshness.
- Delivery Estimates: At checkout, you’ll see the estimated delivery date after entering your shipping address.
